Paying your water bill is fast and easy by phone or online. These payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays).
Please Note:
- If you have received a DISCONNECT NOTICE or your services have been disconnected, you must make a payment in full to have your service automatically restored. Payments must be received Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM to have the service restored the same day. Payments posted after hours and/or the weekend will be restored the following business day.
- There is no service fee to make a payment through IVR or online.
- Your payment will be posted to your account within 1 hour.
- An EPWater Returned Check Fee of $25 will apply for all electronic payment returns.
