Is Your Account Past Due?
Bills are due 14 days after the billing date. We provide a grace period of 7 days, but after that we assess a fee of $20 if we make a trip to your property to disconnect service. There is an additional $25 fee to reconnect services once they have been disconnected.

We understand that financial hardships can happen to anyone. We offer payment extensions and are willing to make special arrangements to help make your payments more manageable. To keep your water flowing, a partial payment is always better than no payment.
