El Paso Water opens seasonal sandbag distribution sites
El Paso Water customers may get sandbags seven days a week from June 26 through the end of September. The seasonal sites will be open in the west, central, east and Mission Valley areas, and hours will be extended at the Stormwater Operations Center, which is open throughout the year.
